We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) using reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cozy Home Shop purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all protective materials must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Mattresses, futons, and bedding (hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Opened packages of home accessories
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order details
- Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Pack Securely: Repackage the item with all original materials
- Ship Back: Send to our Chicago warehouse using a trackable method (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing takes 3-5 business days after approval (card issuer times may vary)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
