Our returns policy is crafted with the same care and functionality as our multi-purpose furniture pieces.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Mattresses, futons, and bedding for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Opened packages of home accessories

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Pack Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our Chicago warehouse using a trackable shipping method. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Here’s what to expect:

  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval (card issuer processing times may vary)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Shipping: You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the new item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
